· Good SharePoint Background
· Strong Communication Skills
· Good Process knowledge
· Good at co-ordination between Business and IT Team
· Exposure working in an onsite & offshore model
· Ability to negotiate with the vendors
· Experience moving SharePoint to Office 365 will be a big plus
